Any Istanbul travelers have memorable dining spots you would recommend? I’ve got two restaurants booked and I’d like to make reservations for a third. Maybe a rooftop or on the Galata Bridge? Really open to anything though. And it could be another cuisine besides Turkish. Thanks!
The Momento Hotel Golden Horn has a fine dining restaurant on their top floor with enormous picture windows and magnificent views across to Old Town.

Another memorable dining evening was with our Rick Steves tour guide at OCAK, where the chef presents sophisticated variations of Turkish favorites.
Where will you be staying? Sometimes I come across a place that I think is worthwhile if you're in the area but not worth going far out of your way for.
There are more foreign-cuisine places in the New Town.
We will be staying at Henna Hotel in Sultanahmet. We only have three full days so wanted to stay central to main tourist sites. We will try to get over to Kadikoy if we can.
Thank you for your suggestions so far!
