Crewed Private Gulet Charter Cruise

My family and I will take a gulet charter on the Turquoise Coast this August. Does anyone know what is considered a standard tip for captain and crew?

In 2015 we tipped around $10 per passenger per night. I think we had about 10 people on the boat. I don't know whether that is standard or not.
