Did you sign in to your RS tour account to look at your tour documents? It should have been provided by now. If you don't have it, call the office tomorrow they are open Saturdays. https://www.ricksteves.com/about-us/contact-us

They aren't mailed.
They are in your tour account, and they will have sent you an email with links about 1 month out.
