Biblical sites on day trip to Kusadasi

I've already spent a day in Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary, the Church of St. John, etc. We have another full day at the port of Kusadasi while on a cruise. What other day trips can we take that have a Biblical emphasis? Thanks so much! BTW- can't say I wouldn't love another trip to Ephesus!
