I am looking at aboutephesus.com, ephesus istanbultourservice.com and Istanbul Tour Service for a day trip that picks us up at our hotel. Has anyone used these companies? Or do you have another to highly recommend. We are traveling with two seniors with COPD, one with limited ability to walk long distances.

I have no advice about tour companies but be aware that at Ephesus there is a lot of walking. A lot. Your two seniors may find it too difficult to enjoy.

Norma is right. Seeing Ephesus, you start at one end and finish at the other, without any way to leave in the middle. There are large parts with no shade. If it's crowded, it can be hard to find places to rest. So, you may want to rethink seeing it.
