Hi all,
Making plans. Can anyone tell me if the various ancient sites have opening & closing times? I plan to stay close enough to get out early or late to avoid major crowds. Is that a plan?

Most well-known sites require entrance fees and do have specific hours. Of course Ephesus and Aphrodisias fit that mold, but so will many other locations. See https://muze.gov.tr/muzeler, for a start, as well as a guidebook like Lonely Planet.

Many thanks to responders.
Grand plans include sites as far apart as Catalhoyuk , Side, Perge , Termessos, Sagalassos , Pamukkale & Hierapolis, Laodikeia, Didyma, Miletus , Ephasus, and Pergamon. Takes a big breath to even list them, let alone visit them. ; ) I'm hoping traveling from Kusadasi and later from Antalya by hire car will allow me freedoms to visit these at my own pace & timing.
