Basically, you have two choices in Antalya: big resort hotels along the coast or small boutique hotels in Kaleici (old town). I almost always go for the boutique hotels in Kaleici because I prefer walkable areas, but that might not be your vibe. I can recommend some places in Kaleici, if you are interested.
If you go for the big resort hotels, there are two main areas. Lara Beach, south of old town, has some nice hotels, but their idea of a beach -- a platform built above the sea -- is not exactly my idea of a beach. Konyaalti Beach, just north of old town, does have a rocky beach. I have stayed at the Akra at Laura Beach, which is very nice and relaxing.
By the way, Antalya can be pretty hot in June. I was there in May a few years ago, and the temps were over 100°F for a few days. It's not always that hot, but it can be. People flock to Antalya in the summer, but I tend to prefer it in the spring and fall.
