A place to hear traditional Turkish musical instrument

Help!! We leave for Istanbul tomorrow. I would like to find a place where we can hear traditional Turkish folk music. I would prefer a small inexpensive non-tourist cafe if there is such a place. We're staying a the Galata Hotel.
