Im doing the best of turkey tour in Oct solo and I am looking for a relaxing gulet cruise leaving ideally from Kusadasi or nearby at the end of my RS tour. I’m thinking 3 nights and ending somewhere that is not too complicated to get back to Istanbul to fly out. Any ideas?

I was always interested in a gulet cruise. I'd like to hear from someone who did one. From what I have learned it can be crowded at anchorages with many other boats and the atmosphere is suited to partying. So the quiet part may be elusive.

I did a four night gulet cruise as part of a longer tour once. It was a long time ago, but I recall very vividly that some of the gulets cater to tranquility and cultural exploration while others are basically floating nightclubs. We moored next to one of the party boats one night, and they blasted techno/electronica music until the wee hours of the morning. You need to be very careful to choose a gulet that matches your lifestyle.
Most of the gulet cruises run out of Bodrum, Marmaris and Fethiye.
