Our tour ended on Saturday, May 4. We had two weeks with the most amazing tour guide: Yaren Turkoglu.
She is so impressive -- her knowledge of Turkey is all-encompassing. There was no question she could not answer.
But in addition to being so knowledgeable, she also is a caring, fun and supportive guide.
I've been on many tours with different guides -- she is the best one I've ever met. Thanks to Yaren for making the trip safe, educational and fun!

I had Yaren on an old (discontinued) Village Italy tour back in 2011, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, and caring (and let's not forget incredibly patient). She was an Assistant Guide at the time (to Lale) and but I'm sure she's now a capable Lead Guide. Glad to see the Turkey tours are back!

We are waiting for the 2020 tours to cime out. turkey is our first choice. It will be our first RS tour and we are very excited.

Barbara - We are waiting for the 2020 Turkey tours to come out too! We've decided that is where we want to go next and it will be our 3rd RS tour. Can't wait!

I called the RS office a couple weeks and asked when the 2020 tours will be announced. I was told some itineraries will be rolled out mid-May so that is next week! I don't think she mentioned Turkey in the first group. She did say that all tours will probably be announced sometime in July.
I can't wait!
