Travel Feedback to Ireland-Trim and Kilkinney

We used the White's B&B Rick's Travel Guide recommended for accommodations in Trim. The rooms were spacious, clean and the breakfast very tasty. When booking a room though, I would ask for the rooms away from the highway. The B&B has two houses. One house has rooms that back up to the very busy highway through Trim and the other house is quieter. The owner has very friendly and gave us useful recommendations for grocery and pub experiences.
A jewel of a place to stay is outside of Kilkinney near the village of Stoneyford. Lawcus Farm is recommended by Rick's Travel Guide.
We spend 3 delightful nights there. The place breathes relaxation. It reminds you of the Hobbit with its green hills and trees. The owner has taken an old stone house and made it into units of bedrooms with a kitchenette and bath. He specializes in landscaping so the place is covered with koi ponds and beautiful gardens overlooking the King's River. You can walk to the Kells Priory from there easily and chase sheep in the fields. The village is a 10 minute walk from the farm and offers great entertainment at its local pub. The manager, Robyn, is a wonderful host and prepares your breakfast to suit with farm fresh eggs and the like. He will even drive you to the pub in the evening if you are so inclined. It is the perfect way to rest after a 15 day whirlwind tour of the entire country of Ireland!
