My wife and I hired the husband-wife team of Ermin and Alma Elezovic (recommended by Rick Steves) for a day-trip from Dubrovnik to Mostar. We could not have been more pleased with the service and knowledge they both provided. The always smiling Ermin picked us up on time and proceeded to entertain us for the 2-hour drive to Mostar. He was more than willing to alter the drive based on our preferences. Even though his wife is the 'guide', Ermin provided great information. During Alma's walking tour of Mostar, it was obvious of her passion to share the experiences of the Mostar people along with their history. We also enjoyed the restaurant that Ermin recommended. The 'mixed grill' plate was the way to go. We were very fortunate to have Alma accompany us on the return trip to Dubrovnik. It felt like four long-time friends out on a Sunday drive. The girls sat in back discussing cooking, daily life, etc. while the guys were in the front solving the world's problems :-) It was the best day of our vacation.
