Under "Book a guided tour" it says this:
"Inside the monastery, at the information office, you can request a guided tour of the abbey. The service is by reservation, so it is best to check availability in advance. The visit can be complete, and will include the area of ​​the cloisters, the Basilica and the ancient part of the monastery, or partial and will only concern the ancient part of the monastery. The visits are conducted in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese, for individuals and groups."

It goes on to list tour prices and provides a form to fill out for making a reservation.

Just chiming in to say that we visited Monte Cassino in April 2022, and it is well worth a visit. Fascinating place. - especially the Basilica with the tombs of Saint Benedict and Saint Scholastica. You would never guess that it had been destroyed and completely rebuilt. The drive up to the Abbey is beautiful.
