Are you referring to Bar Pinotxo at la Boqueria market? That energetic and enthusiastic "barista" is actually the long-time owner, Juan Bayén.

I was happy to recognize Juan last summer at La Boqueria, and after chatting with him a bit, I asked if I might please take his photo. He was so gracious and gave me a huge, warm grin for my photo, then wished us a great stay in Barcelona. That was a highlight of the day for me!😄
