We just spend the most fabulous days touring Berlin. Our guide, Lee Evans, was fantastic. We did two half day tours with Lee which was just perfect for us since we're older travelers. He showed us so much of the city and the background information he shared was so informative and fascinating. We truly enjoyed having Lee as our guide. He met us at the hotel lobby each day and we proceeded from there. We stayed at the Hotel Nikolai Residence in the Nikolaiviertel which we highly recommend. Lee is wonderful. I am sure he appreciates you mentioning him on the forum. He helped Rick with a lot of the Germany guidebook.

Robert, the guy I normally use for tours in Berlin, speaks very highly of Lee. In fact, Robert has encouraged me to do a tour with Lee to experience his expertise. Lee offers a day trip to Dessau that looks particularly interesting to me.
