On our travels we love to purchase items but sometimes because of packing constraints we have the merchant send it home to us. To keep track of exactly what you purchased and what should arrive, get an itemized receipt of the items with individualized cost for each, and take a picture of what you purchased. We purchased numerous bottles of olive oil at one stop and what was sent didn’t match what we believe we purchased. No one’s fault but our own, but we felt our order was incorrect but we had no way to confirm and correct.
