Anna and Marc Stashower(me) Publishers of PM360 magazine were going from Venice to Rome stopping in Balogna...we were on the 1st class train with 2 guys local, and a Seismologist from Trieste going to Rome. The train started to shake as did the platform...welcome to the Italian Fault ...we were celebratinng Anna's birthday on the train..we will remember this one...all turned out OK...after 1 1/2 hrs. lots of discussions, and making new friends.
