We identified Thierry Gauduchon in the Rick Steves Guide. We booked him for a half-day walking tour through Marais and the Latin Quarter. He was superb. Our goal was to learn more about Parisian culture, ambiance and history away from the usual tourist attractions. Thierry guided us to just that - places that we would never have found and experienced. He's very knowledgeable and experienced, but the best part was getting to know him. Thierry is so personable. He is "laid back" and has a fantastic sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. Been to Paris several times, and this was truly one of the best experiences. This is great to hear! We had already scheduled a walking tour with him during our visit in June, and it’s nice to get confirmation in advance that the guide is as good as advertised!!!
