I am planning a trip to Paris September 14, 2024 till September 24, 2024. Will Paris be overly crowded during this time due to the completion of the Olympics and the Paralympics?

I sure hope not since we are arriving Sept 19-24. I expect it to be normally crowded

It won't be Olympics-crowded, it will "just" be normal Paris September crowded. And September is the busiest month in Paris, due to Fashion Week and a couple of conventions and trade shows.
I guess this year the streets will be more congested than normal, because they will be dismantling the Olympics/Paralympics sites at Concorde, Trocadéro, Champ de Mars, Invalides, etc.

If you stay further from the 1st you won't be impacted by fashion week.

Alas, you will find hotel prices are higher throughout the city.
