I did a full day tour in October that departed from Bayeux and toured Omaha and Utah Beaches, the American Cemetery, Sainte-Mere Iglise, and other places. Absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Louis, was outstanding…very young but so knowledgeable and gave great attention to detail. I read a similar review in a post that has been closed due to inactivity and thought I would share this, as I highly recommend the tour. I wish we could have spent more time at the American Cemetery, but I knew that before I booked the tour. So glad I went, as I had driven around the area back in July and really needed some help and direction, so I really benefited from a guided tour like this one.

I've taken two trips to Normandy and used a guide both times. I personally found them very helpful for content (even though I read something like 20 books before making the first trip) and for efficiency in seeing sights (i.e., logistics of getting around). I did not use Overlord Tours, but it receives high praise on this forum. Glad you had a good experience, too!
