She’s recommended in Rick's guide to Italy. Just look in the Naples section of the book. I had a friend who used her as a guide and he raved about his experience.

That may well be the case but it still doesn't detract from the fact that this is likely blatant advertising. I don't like it, it's disingenuous and if you allow it to occur it won't take long for these forums to be bogged down with advertisements disguised as genuine traveller recommendations.
