This was a fantastic trip. Our trip mom, Stephanie, took very good care of us without being at all overbearing--and she was a great guide to the best gelato. The planning an execution was so good that it seemed almost effortless (though we know it wasn't!) The group was congenial and very laid back. The guides in each city were extremely well-informed, well-organized, and did a wonderful job of presenting their cities' treasures in the context of their time and place. In retrospect, it seems astounding that we got so much information in so little time without the trip feeling at all rushed. We've been raving about it since we got home, and look forward to our next trip.
