We visited Lisbon for 3 days (one day in Belem), using the RS Lisbon "snapshot" book dated April 2023. We found that prices were really different from the book, in some cases almost double. In other cases, various ticket options were no longer available, or booking procedures had changed, or tours themselves had changed. I recommend that once you have planned what sights you are interested in, to then visit each website individually and see what is now available and what it will cost.
We found that the book did a good job describing how to find and use the free escalators and elevators. It's unfortunate that the funiculars are still not running, and the Elevador Santa Justa was also closed for repairs. The city is overrun with tuk-tuks though! We found their transit system easy to use and just kept topping up the Navigante cards rather than buying day passes.
Thanks for the report. Good advice to check out the individual websites for major sights as prices and info. is changing quicker than the guidebooks can keep up.
Also, for others reading this, you no longer need the Navigante card for Lisbon. You can just use your credit card to tap on and off.
