Highly recommend spending some time walking the Cliff Walk near Kilkee in County Clare. You can start in town, or you can drive a bit along the coast road and park in one of the pull outs. It's comparable, but different, to the Cliffs of Moher. Fewer people, free, paved path for the section nearer town, gorgeous views of the cliffs, and some access to the water on some flat rocks that are lower to the ocean. Kilkee is an interesting little town with a lovely harbour and promenade.
