In August 2024 , a multi generational family of 11 ( with Rick Steves Guidebook ) traveled from Philadelphia to Venice, then Sorrento to Rome.Our favorite place was Sorrento, where we spent five nights at the Hotel Continental.
Rick recommended Giovanna, and we were very pleased with her prompt, and professional service in answering our many questions about the area.
Her amicable and knowledgable husband, Francesco, picked us up at the Naples train Station with 2 minivans. A few days later
he transported us to Pompeii for a private tour with guide. We then had a delicious lunch at a winery at the base of Mt Vesuvius.
Giovanna arranged for a private boat tour of Capri , which was very popular with our grandchildren as they jumped into the Mediterranean for a swim.
We highly recommend this couple, and their associated drivers and guides, as being first rate, kind and generous . They made our trip to Sorrento one filled with amazing memories. We look forward to seeing them again on our next trip, and appreciate the hospitality they showed us.
