Would highly recommend the GAT Rossio ('cat') hotel in Lisbon. Just 50' feet off the street, on walking mall, and near the obelisk. Great location, Euro/modern hotel, comfortable/clean rooms, elevator, helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Underground parking nearby. within 5-15 min walking to sights, restaurants and a few minutes walk to metro. GAT has other hotels, in Europe.
