The hotel is positively reviewed in your book, but it is even better now. It was recently renovated and I believe it warrants another look. The whole building feels new and refreshed, and although the rooms are rather small, everything is new and updated. The staff are warm and helpful. I booked online and mentioned I was a Rick Steves reader. They kindly included breakfast with my room rate. Although it is not a true budget hotel, I highly recommend the Granvia for its excellent location and overall value.

This is a Trip Report section of the Helpline. Your post would be better over on the Graffiti Wall section where there is a feedback section for the guidebooks, that covers hotels, restaurants, guidebook updates, new discoveries, etc.
