As a disabled traveler with multiple sclerosis, the best money spent was hiring one of Rick Steves consultants for our independent travel to Ireland. We were fortunate to have Pat O'Connor review every part of the itinerary the we had emailed to your office. I had a conversation with him on the phone. It's not possible for me to keep up with a group tour, so using the Ireland book work well for our 1991 trip, but having the special touches of Pat made our fall 2012 trip outstanding.
