Just back from a week in Spain. Took a day trip to Tangiers and was pleasantly surprised. Having a guide made all the difference. Aziz Begdouri can be reached at aziztour@hotmail.com. He was born and raised there and has been a guide for a number of years. And I would highly recommend spending the night at his guest house (B&B) which is within the Kasbah. It had 9 rooms and a roof top terrace to enjoy the view of the city. Had I had more time, I would have stayed there. Wonderful charm and location. Certainly hope to get back one day.
