Hello everyone, I need your help... I need to know how to get from Telese-Cerreto to Sorrento. I am very confused as to how to get to Sorrento from Telese-Cerreto. I have looked at Trinitalia and can not seen to make the connection. Can someoneplease guide me. We would like to get to Sorrento via train. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Dee Garcia

The only train service to Sorrento is run by Circumvesuviana which is a private train company. The Trenitalia site doesn't show those trains. You will need to go from Telese-Cerreto to Napoli Centrale, making a connection at either Caserta or Benevento. See the timetables on the Trenitalia site. Since you have posted this transportation question on the "Trip Reports" board, it looks like you haven't read the responses given to your other thread on that board. I have posted a detailed answer there that includes how to get from Naples to Sorrento on Circumvesuviana trains. Circumvesuviana trains run about twice/hour, the ride takes just over one hour, and the fare is €5.30. Please post future transportation questions for Italy on either the "Transportation" board or the "To the Boot" board.
