We are starting the Germany, Switzerland, Austria tour tomorrow. Haven’t heard anything about the flooding from Rick Steves tours, so I assume everything is a go in the areas we are scheduled to go. Anyone else hear anything?

It's pretty serious stuff. Visit the Austria subforum for a lengthy and emotional discussion including some posts by people who are directly affected. I wouldn't expect any tours in the coming weeks to be unaffected.

What about your airline? I would go to the website of my airline for notifications , maybe even call.

The tour starts in Cologne, which is far away from the flooding in Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic. You'll be fine,

I am on the Berlin, Prague, and Vienna tour starting Sept 22. I’ve watched the stories about flooding on the news, but when I google the weather in those destinations it doesn’t show that kind of weather. It actually looks like lovely weather. I guess I’ll find out shortly. I’m arriving early in Berlin.
