Cancelled when? Ticket refund would be the most you could expect assuming this was a cancellation of a future trip.

Looks like WOW since the Icelandair flight was on time. No chance for them to put you up in Iceland?

No chance all full ; and today they are asking for volunteers to give up seats for the flight they re-booked us on for Monday which is now overbooked and the last Wow flight to Chicago until Saturday! There is a 650 EUR credit voucher but you have to use it on another Wow flight and full refund for volunteers not bad I may take it

Jazz+Travels, there should be instructions on the airline’s website as to how to file for compensation under EU 261.

When my flight from Bilbao to London was cancelled by BA last May due to BA’s systemwide computer meltdown, I applied for compensation with BA under EU261. The compensation is based on the distance of your flight and the length of delay. I got 250 EUR as compensation sent to me by check about a month or two after I filed (BA actually sent a check for the USD equivalent). I also applied for a refund of my original ticket, as I arranged an alternate flight on my own rather than waiting days for BA to find one for me. The refund was processed much more quickly and was just credited to my original credit card within about a week.

By the way, I see this ”skycop.com” takes a 25% commission. You should submit your request directly to the airline.
