We went rafting from the Rafting Camp Modra Rijeka at Scepan Polje in Montenegro. You can find them at www.monteriver.com. They provided full safety gear, including helmets, wetsuits, and life jackets. The guides spoke English and were safety conscious. I had never rafted before, but I felt very comfortable. We went in early July when the rapids were rated around "3". We also stayed overnight at the camp in basic cabins with shared bathrooms. It was a beautiful, peaceful place.
