We are headed to Europe soon and eventually to Paris. In reading RS books it is recommended that we purchase advance tickets to the Eiffel Tower. Since the recent strike, which I understood was about these "Skip the Line" tickets, has anyone been there and are you still able to buy advance timed entry tickets?

I bought tickets this week for Oct. When I looked a few weeks ago, they had a note stating there wouldn’t be any visits on that day. I didn’t see that note this time.

Yes, you can and should purchase advance tickets if any are still available for your desired dates. The website appears to be working just fine.
