We did not have sufficient time to tackle all that Copenhagen has to offer on our own so we connected with a local tour guide. Flemming Nichols is a wonderful local guide who retired from a career in the diplomatic world and is now sharing the history, culture and sights of his hometown in Copenhagen. His deep knowledge of the history of Copenhagen changed how we now see Danish and world history. Bravo!

Flemming guides groups, families and individuals. If I was doing a Scandinavian cruise I would ditch the Cruise organized tour and hire Flemming. If you just want to see some pretty buildings and grab an ice cream then Flemming is not you guy. But if you want to really understand the culture and history of Copenhagen then you would be well served by reaching out to Flemming.
