Shhh - keep this a secret ! We had the most delightful evening last night. We took a chance and bought tickets (29E) for a classical strings quartet concert at a beautiful little church called St Anna - close to Haus der Musik. There are seats for approximately 100 people in the pews, so this is a very intimate setting. The evening we attended, the church was maybe half full, so getting seats wasn't a problem, and you didn't feel overwhelmed by the crush of people. The music was outstanding, luscious, and amazing - Mozart and Beethoven soaring within the beautiful Baroque interior - a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
