We went on a 1 day tour of Cinque Terre with MyTours out of Florence. We we left by our tour guide Alesandro who admitted he did not keep count because he was confused. Initially he was late leaving, by town #1 he had forgotten his train tickets for us sending him scrambling for 45 min...not informing us and keeping us waiting, then he deserted part of his group taking off on the train leaving no itinerary for us to know even how to catch up. We were not late arriving, he simply left with part of the group and admitted he forgot to count us all coming out of the tunnel of love. There was no way to get lost here. So far, no refund. Are we out of luck here or is there any recourse?
