I stayed in Izabella's Dream last week in Budapest. It is offered by budapesting.com. The location and size of the apartment were great. However, the apartment was not clean. Floors were so dirty I had to wear shoes at all times or wash my feet before going to bed. Worse part was the smell of all fabric furniture including the mattress and pillow. There was no mattress cover or pillow protector and the smell of unwashed bodies came through the clean sheets and cases. Door lock is difficult to operate and could be a safety hazard. And it wasn't the cost, my hotel in AMS was only 5 euro more, included breakfast and was neat and clean.
