I am getting ready to leave on a RS 14 day Europe Tour. My daughter and I will be in Paris an extra day before the tour begins. We already bought tickets for the Eiffel Tour but I cannot decide if I want to climb the Arc de Triomphe or wait until our free time during the tour as the Arce is covered in the museum pass, any suggestions?

Cindy, you'll probably get more answers if you post this in the "To the West" section, this section is for Trip Reports, but here's my answer... Spend time in the Luxembourg Gardens, one of my favorite things to do in Paris. Walk all around Ile St. Louis, Ile de la Cite, and along the river to Place de la Concorde, then cross the river and walk back to Notre Dame. Spend time sitting outside at a cafe, eat, drink, relax and people watch. These are my other two favorite things to do in Paris ;)
