Anthony Buonocore, Amalfi Transfer Private Tours

We (two couples) contacted Anthony for train/hotel transfers and a day's tour of the Amalfi Coast via email before leaving the U.S. He responded immediately with suggestions for the tour and confirmed the transfers. Anthony took outstanding care of us from beginning to end of our Amalfi stay, providing reliable, comfortable (Mercedes van) transfers and a spectacular tour of the Coast, customized to our particular interests. He took us to the best local shops (not tourist traps) for our shopping requests and recommended a fabulous restaurant for lunch. I admit I had some hesitation about traveling on narrow, winding roads with sheer 500 ft. drops to the Mediterranean below, but I felt completely safe with Anthony. He is the consummate tour guide -- knowledgeable and personable -- and made our visit to Amalfi one of the highlights of our travels.

Where did you stay and how long did your tour last? Where did you go?
Did he do the transfer to the airport or the train station for you?
Thanks.

We stayed in Amalfi town for 3 days at the Luno Convento hotel. We arrived and left by train via the railroad station in Salerno. Anthony provided both the transfers from the Salerno railroad station to Amalfi and back. The day-tour we took with Anthony started with a trip to Ravello; we then traveled up the coast as far as Positano, then back to Amalfi. The tour started about 9 A.M. and lasted until late afternoon.

I have toured with Anthony twice before. He was prompt in picking us up at the pier and getting us back on time. We were with him 8 hours each time. He sang to all of us in his van as well. Great tour guide and a very good driver. Have fun when you go there.
