Agriturismo in Italy

La Falconara, just outside the walls of Montepulciano, is a little bit of heaven. Three quiet, clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartments, beautiful grounds, amazing views, and, best of all, Alex and Ingrid as hosts. My son and his fiancé stayed at La Falconara several years ago on their first trip through Europe and were so taken by the spot that I had to stay there this year when I traveled to Italy on my own. I agree; La Falconara is the perfect base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. Alex knows everything worth knowing about the history and current affairs, and can connect you with whatever you need. I can't wait to return to this lovely spot!

Hi Karen,
Nice to see this comment (among the others) for La Falconara. We will be staying with Alex and Ingrid in September for a week and know this will be the highlight of our trip. Alex has been so helpful prior to our arrival in planning our time in Tuscany. Looking forward to meeting them and sharing a glass of wine with them. Thank you again for the comment.
