We had the most amazing time at a cooking class in an olive grove outside Florence! One of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Paola and Melanie of the Spice Lab were such a pleasure and the food we made was amazing!

Eggplant roll ups (and I didn't realize I was an eggplant fan). Rolled with cheese, ham, basil and tomatoes), stuffed zucchini flowers, pasta, risotto, steak salad, tiramisu and gelatto. We had a tour around the Central Market in Florence where we picked up the days cooking supplies then off to the olive grove. We've been cooking our Tuscan recipes alot since we returned back home!
