Eating in Rome

We just came back to the hotel from eating at the recommended Enoteca Cavour in Rome and it was the worst meal and service we've had since entering Italy more than a week ago. The food was bad and the young people who were serving and managing were, well, young. We don't know who was cooking, but he or she didn't know how to prepare food with either flavor or character. Everything about the place was pretentious. Avoid Rick's recommendation and go instead to another recommended restaurant in the neighborhood, Hosteria dia Nerone around the corner and up a couple streets (also recommended in the Italy book).
