I was sure there was already a thread about this but I can't seem to find it. For those like me who enjoy browsing the scrapbooks, there's now 15 posted. https://www.ricksteves.com/tours/scrapbooks
Thanks for sharing, Mary.
I'd love to know if any of you forum participants have a scrapbook posted. I will enjoy seeing them.
Anxiously awaiting the next batch of scrapbooks!
I'll be posting one soon!
Let us know when it's posted, pbscd!
Will do, Mary! My daughter has done the lion's share of the work. She showed it to my dad yesterday and he really liked it. :)

Here it is!
Julie, your daughter did a great job! You obviously had a terrific experience on this tour, and it came through on every page.
Thank you! We had such a great time and she's a great travel companion.
pbscd - I absolutely LOVED how much time you spent at the Louvre!
Great scrapbook!
Estimate Prophet - thanks! We got our value out of our Amis du Louvre card for sure! Plus I went twice with my husband last October. It's a great museum but I still get lost there!
Julie, your scrapbook was excellent. Definitely should be in the running for a prize hint hint RS staff 😉
Thanks Mary! 🙂 Well regardless of the outcome of the contest, I'm glad we made this. It's a nice memory from our trip.
The scrapbook deadline was yesterday and there's 60 total posted now 😊
Yeah, and mine took a week to post from submission time so I wonder how many they still have to approve and post! It's been fun looking at them!
There's usually a big burst of them posted at the end. I like having a backlog to look at. It's my annual "browse while zoning out during boring work meetings" activity.
That's great, Mary! Always good to have a downtime activity :)
Still more to come: 2/27/26 Note [From the Webmaster]: We'll have about 90 entries when we're all done with reviewing the submissions. Many came in on the last day, and it will take awhile to review them all. We hope to have this done Friday (today), but it may take until Monday. Thanks for your patience.
Julie, that scrapbook is awesome! I think you guys were there right around the same time we were, right? I love all the entries in there, and it just looks beautiful. Oh, you both must have had so much fun! Please tell Jocelyn that her scrapbook was wonderful!
Mary, I'm glad you posted this because I always forget to look at the scrapbooks and I need constant reminders, so this was perfect timing!
I was looking at the contest rules and tips (https://www.ricksteves.com/tours/scrapbooks/contest-rules), and I have to say I don't envy the RS staff that has to evaluate these and come up with first, second, third, and fourth place winners.
A combination of good writing, good photos, and good web design is a big challenge, and so many of these meet that challenge brilliantly.
Julie - what a terrific scrapbook. It gives a nice view of what the tour encompasses as well as what was valuable to you two. I love to go back through the archives and read previous entries when trying to make decisions about a tour and this is one of the best. Fingers crossed.
All 90 scrapbooks are now posted.
Mardee - thank you! We were in Paris April 1-12 I believe we overlapped our trips a few days. Thank you!
Patty - thanks! It was a lot of work, mostly on my daughter's part, but it's been fun to share with some friends and family. It was such a good trip. I have to say, if a person likes seeing art on their vacation, Paris is an excellent destination!
And thank you to all who do these scrapbooks. It’s got to take a lot of time and effort but they are both helpful and fun to many of us. The fact there is a gallery of scrapbooks that goes all the way back to 2010 means that the effort lasts more than a season. I find them to be the best representation of how the tours unfold on a day-to-day basis and use them each trip to help with planning. This year I went back to 2018 looking at My Way France and Switzerland scrapbooks.
I'm starting at the beginning and just read #1 Steph Carlson, Village Italy. What a delight.
