Retired, married, Virginia, USA man, 68 years old. Wife doesn't like travel. I'm looking for a compatible M/F travel companion for my first trip to Italy. Time frame is 2+ weeks in Late September or early October of this year. Thinking about making a base of Rome and making side trips to Venice, etc. Frank

I am widower 67 to retire in June. I have reserved a My Way Alpine trip in Sept 2014, but I would prefer to meet a partner in Munich and follow a comparable itinerary. I have been a teacher for 35 years and I have several art degrees.
I don't drink or smoke. Any interest?

Hi Frank, I am in my late fifties and leaving for Rome next week. Will spend a week there and then head for Florence, Siena, and Venice. Is your trip still on? Probably the Rome segment might be the easiest. Your thoughts? Sonia (Madison, Wisconsin)
