Rail trip to London, France & Netherlands

HI Guys, Ok! let me start with first things first approach. I intend to travel to this part of the world somewhere in May first week. Was more keen on doing a open trip with Eurorail covering to the most London,France (Paris & nice) and Netherlands (Amsterdam). I would need advices on how to manage the Euro rail passes, affordable yet secured places of stay and ofcourses places to visit. Any help will be very very helpful.
Cheers!

How to manage the Eurail (or even the Eurorail) pass? For this trip, don't get one. It will be much cheaper to buy tickets in advance for each part. Second, London, Paris, and Amsterdam connect well (3 hours or less by train between them). But Paris to Nice is about 5 and a half hours on a train, or a short flight. If you really want to go London-Paris-Nice-Amsterdam, you should fly from Nice to Amsterdam. You didn't say how much time you had for this trip. If it's less than two weeks (and even if it's more), you may want to cut out one destination. For London to Paris, you will take the Eurostar. Buy tickets on http://www.eurostar.com. For Paris to Nice, use http://www.tgv-europe.com/en, choose Great Britain as your country, and refuse to be to be redirected to Rail Europe. For Paris to Amsterdam, use http://www.thalys.com. For all of these, tickets become MUCH more expensive closer to travel, and the cheapest tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. For flights, use http://www.skyscanner.com.
