I am going to be in Paris in the first week of September and will be in Italy for the second half of September. I am a 33 yr/male travelling on my own. My Paris dates are set- but Italy is still open. I would like to see Milan, Bolgona, Siena, Urbino, Ravenna and obviously Rome. Happy to change plans to accommodate suggestions. I am looking for someone who is interested in the history/culture aspect as well as immerse themselves in the place. We can sightsee for part of the day or the entire day- depending upon the things we wish to see. I am an architect (and a grad school professor) so there will be a fair amount of architecture thrown in my wish list- but don't expect me to be your guide as I am on a sabbatical! :-) Hopefully I will also get to see stuff by joining up with others that I would not have seen on my own. I am happy to join groups of multiple people. p.s: I am staying in hotels in Saint-Germain and the Bastille districts in Paris- which puts me in walking distance of some of the sights!
