Hello Any one interested in walking and exploring the local history of the Montagne Noire? Its a stunning area with great views of the Pyrenees in the distance. 1000's of miles of walking paths. Large Lac for swimming in with Lac side bar Im 50 but happy to walk with other females from 30 to 99 Im a relaxed kind of person who dosnt take any thing to serious but loves nature, walking, taking snaps and eating good food

Thank you for introducing me to this interesting area in France ;-) I am from sunny CA and do plenty of walking/hiking/cycling here. I have traveled abroad a fair bit, hiked in the French/Swiss alps last summer, and would be interested in accompanying you. Can you tell me more about how much hiking you'd like to do, ie. 2-4 hours/day or more, accommodation, budget, etc. I am retired so I am flexible on dates but also enjoy the luxury of choosing the best weather.
