May or June 2013 Spain

I am a 45 year old male, spending two weeks in Spain sometime in May or June 2013, no firm dates yet. The plan is to visit both Barcelona (3 days) and Madrid (3 days). I will be traveling via train and staying in B and Bs. After visiting friends in Southwestern part of the country I may see Lisbon before returning to the United States. Open to Tapas Bar sampling and drinking while listening to great travel stories. Gender and age not inmportant. Right now my itinerary as to what to see in these cities is open to suggestion. Thanks. TIP: Try El Tigre Tapas bar on Calle de Infantas in Madrid. Very nice people work there and each time you order a beer, you get a plate of food. You will be so full for a small amount of money.
