I am planning my "Spring Break" and am looking for a travel partner or two. I have 2 trips in mind...Scotland and Norther England OR southern Ireland. One interests me as much as the other... I plan to leave on either the 29th or 30th of March and to return on the 7th of April. I am planning on flying from Nashville, TN to either Dublin or Edinburg (or Glasgow depending on the airline). I then plan on renting a car and following a flexible itenerary for the remainder of the trip. I tend to plan my trips down to the smallest details and then often "freelance" if something interesting pops up. I am a 57 year old, High Scchool and part time University English teacher. I have traveled to 40+ countries and have lived and worked overseas for 13 years. Would love to have one or two people to travel with and share expenses. I usually rent a small car and stay in a variety of hotels, B&Bs, and even a castle / chateau or two. One or two travel companions usually works best (3 or more would require a much larger vehicle and could also complicate accomodations). Anyone interested???
